A early adopter of digital media, Leah ran the online news operation for Thomson Reuters, including Reuters.com, and liaised with major media clients. She also writes a column for the Globe and Mail on women and careers, loves dogs and drinks a ridiculous amount of coffee.
Josh Kerbel, Head of Product
A start-up veteran, Josh is responsible for the prototyping, design and product management of r/ally, a mobile social collaboration application. Josh has an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.

Nicel Jane D. Avellana, Contributor
Nicel is a freelance writer based in Manila who likes to cover topics on health, education, business, and women’s issues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from Silliman University, graduating magna cum laude. Surviving stage 4 cancer while pregnant with her first child is one of her greatest achievements.
