A start-up veteran, Josh is responsible for the prototyping, design and product management of r/ally, a mobile social collaboration application. Josh has an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business.

Amanda is a radio producer at Newstalk 1010 in Toronto and works as a freelance writer for several outlets, including the National Post, QMI Agency and worldvision.ca. She has also worked as a host for Carnival Cruise Lines and is an avid traveller. Next up? Philippines.
Nicel Jane D. Avellana, Contributor
Nicel is a freelance writer based in Manila who likes to cover topics on health, education, business, and women’s issues. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree from Silliman University, graduating magna cum laude. Surviving stage 4 cancer while pregnant with her first child is one of her greatest achievements.
Mic has over eighteen years broad-based experience in working with technology focused companies. Mic actively advises FreshBooks and a handful of other start-ups in her roster on strategic, marketing and operations initiatives. When she’s not doing that – she’s running her organic vegetable farm with partner Chris.
